a. Editor of the WWW Virtual Library on Migration and Ethnic Relations
The WWW Virtual Library on Migration and Ethnic Relations information system has been developed, edited and moderated by me as the official librarian and member of the WWW Virtual Library association (http://conbio.net/vl/database/index.cfm) for this section (from 1997 up to 2002). It is part of the Worldwide Web Virtual Library non-profit organisation,. The Virtual Library supported real-time publishing under moderation with emphasis on events in the field like conferences etc. Criteria for delivering neutral information have been implemented.
The WWW Virtual Library was/is hosted by ERCOMER
b. Coordinator CRIS_MER project
The idea of this project was an on online information system on academic research projects in the field of "Migration and Ethnic Relations" in line with the harmonisation within the European Community of research and technological development databases. The system was to be highly focused on the research in the fields of international migration, ethnic relations, racism and xenophobia.
